一、 个人简介
高玉祺,博士,best365英国体育在线骨干人才,校聘副教授,放射与防护教研室教师。2018年于山东大学获得医学博士学位,后进入中山大学从事博士后研究。2021年12月入职我校,主要从事化学生物学领域相关研究,并将相关结果整理为多篇论文。以第一作者/通讯作者身份发表文章7篇,其中SCI一区3篇,二区3篇,三区1篇;参与申请中国专利1项,已授权;已主持科研项目2项。
二、 研究方向
1、利用光学探针实现对疾病相关重要标志物的可视化分析。了解被分析物在疾病发生发展过程中的作用,并进一步实现对相关疾病的早期诊断及预后评价。
2、基于多组学分析发现小分子作用靶点并验证其调控机制。基于生物信息学分析,确定活性小分子作用过程中的关键差异分子,发现其作用靶点,阐释其调控机制。
三、 承担的主要科研项目
1、中国博士后科学基金会,博士后面上项目,2019M663325,新型抗肺动脉高压PDE10荧光探针的设计及分子机制研究,2019-01至2021-12,8万元,结题,主持。
2、中山大学青年教师培育项目,19ykpy126,特异性识别PDE10的功能分子发现及其抗肺动脉高压活性和可视化分析研究,2019-01至2021-12,15万元,结题,主持。
